Nine custom home lots between the first phase and the Oregon State University parcel are ready for development. Master planning is beginning for 50 home sites and 20 apartment units on the east side of Harborton Street across from the first phase.

An apartment site is ready for development across Harborton Street from the OSU parcel. Several commercial lots are available in the village center. Additional acreage in the surrounding forest is earmarked for eventual annexation into Wilder.
